Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • The item must not show signs of use, damage, misuse, or alteration caused by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, clearance, customized, or other operational reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Non-returnable items may include, where applicable:

  • Final sale items
  • Clearance or discounted items marked as non-returnable
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Used or opened items that cannot be resold in clean and acceptable condition
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photos of the item received
  • Clear photos of the packaging, if relevant

Once reviewed, we may offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, refund, store credit, or other remedy at our discretion depending on the circumstances.

Return Process

Your return request should include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Email address used for the order
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the return is the result of our mistake.

If a package is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may deduct shipping and handling costs from any eligible refund.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item has been received and approved. Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Partial Refunds

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if the request is made before the order has entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, it may no longer be canceled. In such cases, the order may instead be subject to the return process described in this policy.

Non-Delivery and Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, failure to receive the package, or refusal of delivery, we may issue a partial refund after deducting any shipping, handling, and return costs incurred.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the shipment status and assist where possible.

Chargebacks

If you experience a problem with your order, we encourage you to contact us first before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate concerns directly.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested and may affect future purchases.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If an exchange is approved, it will be handled based on product availability and the specific circumstances of the request.

In many cases, the fastest solution may be to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order.
